Yes you heard it right. Liverpool is out of the UEFA Champions League loosing to Atletico Madrid 2-3 after extra time. It was 1 - 0 for the first full time when Liverpool relentlessly trying to get their way into the scoring sensation but Atletico's defensive system is just too tough for them to penetrate more than 1 goal. That makes it a tie on aggregate and will have to move on to extra time.
Liverpool slaughtered Atletico Madrid for 95 minutes, playing with awesome relentlessness, and finally went ahead in the tie through Roberto Firmino’s goal at the start of extra time.
