Spurs vs Leipzig. GOD55

TOTTENHAM travel to Germany, knowing anything but a win will see them knocked out of the Champions League.

Spurs lost 1-0 to RB Leipzig in the first leg, with Timo Werner putting away his penalty. And now face an uphill battle to reach the quarter finals in the competition they came so close to winning last June.

Leipzig are unbeaten in their three Bundesliga matches since that triumphant night in north London. Werner moved onto 27 goals in 35 competitive appearances for the campaign with his effort in the 5-0 rout of Schalke, while AS Roma loanee Patrik Schick notched his seventh in the Bundesliga in the 1-1 draw with in-form Bayer Leverkusen.

For visiting Tottenham, that home defeat to Leipzig marked the beginning of a run of five competitive matches without a win. Mourinho's faltering English Premier League top-four hopefuls went down to Chelsea and Wolverhampton Wanderers, before being dumped out of the FA Cup by Daniel Farke's lowly Norwich City in the fifth round. Only a Dele Alli penalty spared them a fifth successive loss away to mid-table Burnley on Saturday. Filling the void of injured top scorer Harry Kane and former Hamburg and Bayer Leverkusen whippet Heung-min Son has proved an impossible task.

Let's hope the Special One will have something up his sleeves to win this game tonight.
